How Much Does It Cost for the Cardone Law Firm to Represent My Case?
One of the first things many people want to know before hiring a lawyer is how much legal representation is going to cost. The vast majority of personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee basis. This is not an hourly fee nor is it a retainer fee where the client would be required to advance costs.
A contingency fee means that the attorney works for a percentage of any recovery made for you on your case and does not require the client to pay anything upfront. The typical contingency fee is one-third of any recovery obtained for you.
So, if no recovery is made, the client will not owe me a dime. This also refers to any money I have advanced in the case such as medical bills, litigation costs, expert fees, etc. Again, if I do not make a recovery for you under the contingency fee scheme, then I do not make a dime and you do not pay a dime.
Do not hesitate to PHONE CARDONE so that we may assist you in any way possible after an accident.
